- As long as a student is enrolled in the Bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, they can complete the necessary number of activities recognized as “Professionalizing Educational Activities” (10 ECTS credits) required to enter the new qualifying Master's degrees without any outstanding requirements.
- From our findings on the educational structure of the Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Sciences and Techniques at the University of Florence, the study plan for students enrolled from the academic year 2017/18 to the academic year 2022/23 included 7 ECTS credits recognized as “Professionalizing Educational Activities” (however, each student interested should conduct a self-assessment of their academic career based on the information available on the School's web pages).
- The Bachelor’s program has organized a series of workshops/exercises that can be included in the student’s curriculum as “extracurricular activities” to enable students to earn the necessary internship credits in preparation for their upcoming entry into the Master's program.
- Those who successfully address the requirement through additional activities will enter the Master's program without outstanding requirements and will only need to complete the 20 ECTS credits of the practical-evaluative internship (TPV) specified in the study plan.
In Summary
At the end of the entire pathway (Bachelor's + Master's), to qualify for the profession, it will be necessary to have acquired a total of 30 ECTS credits divided as follows:
- 10 ECTS credits of Professionalizing Educational Activities during the Bachelor's period
- 20 ECTS credits of TPV to be earned in the Master's degree program
Below is an explanatory diagram of the pathway:
